Job Requirements
- Have good working technical knowledge to support
the modules of Core HR, iRecruitment, Position Control, Self Service, Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits.
- Excellent knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher,
Forms and Reports, Discoverer, Workflow Builder, OA Framework, and UPK
- Expertise in RICEW components (reports, interfaces,
conversions, extensions, workflow) and AME
- Understand and analyze the business requirements
and assist customers in mapping/gapping the business needs
- Deliver Customer Service to meet SLA expectations
- Participate in all phases of software development
life cycle and Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Staff will demonstrate good communication skills
and ability to work independently or under general direction only
Certifications
Professional IT Certification and experience in Oracle R10G/11G, or other application specific requirements as needed
Education
Bachelors’ degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline is required.
Work Experience
At least five (5) years of progressive experience is required in information technology system analysis, programming, or specialty in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10, R12
